Beverly (Bev) Widger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
With over 30 years of experience in management and human resources, Beverly Widger, known as Bev, is a seasoned HR consultant dedicated to providing tailored solutions in New Hampshire and Vermont. As the former Chief Human Resource Officer of Mascoma Bank, Bev's expertise was instrumental in fostering award-winning HR practices, innovative benefits, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Throughout her career, Bev has successfully served a diverse range of industries, including banking, accounting, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and library services. With experience as a classroom teacher, she possesses a unique perspective that blends both education and business acumen, making complex HR concepts accessible and actionable for organizations of all sizes.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Bev is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has served on several non-profit boards, such as Leadership New Hampshire, Career CLiC, Sullivan County United Way, Good Neighbor Clinic Personnel Committee, River Valley Human Resource Association, and SHRM Vermont State Council, among others.

Additionally, she is certified in the Predictive Index, further enhancing her ability to understand and leverage the power of people analytics to drive organizational success. She has had training in Mental Health First Aid.
Bev holds a bachelor's degree in education from Plymouth State University. In her free time, she indulges her passion for local history, the Cornish Art Colony and the Maxfield Parrish Stage Set while actively volunteering for various non-profits and chairing town committees in Plainfield, New Hampshire. In 2023, she was awarded the Steve Taylor Award for Community Service. Researching her family roots, keeping abreast of the latest technologies, reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren in Washington, DC, are among her favorite pastimes.

Lori Brown Yanklowitz is the owner and consultant of HR Boutique, LLC, an HR consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations build strong people strategies, navigate compliance, and foster positive workplace cultures. A seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience, Lori brings deep expertise in employee benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Before founding HR Boutique, Lori served as AVP of Benefits and People Relations at Mascoma Bank, where she led benefits strategy (self and fully funded plans), wellness initiatives, compliance programs, and employee relations across the organization. Her career includes extensive experience in recruitment, on and off boarding, compensation, workers’ compensation, workplace safety, FMLA, payroll, policy development, and workforce well-being programs. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Employee Navigator, and self-funded insurance administration.
Lori is SHRM-CP and PHR certified, Predictive Index (PI) Certified, and holds additional certifications as Health Savings Account Expert, Recovery Coaching, and Mental Health First Aid. She has served in leadership roles with the River Valley Human Resource Association and the Vermont State Council of SHRM and is an active volunteer with several nonprofit organizations in her community.
